  Was ordering for a customer who wanted burgers with ketchup and onions only. They said no lettuce, no tomatoes, no mustard. So when I told the cashier Marilyn "ketchup and onions only" she asks "So, no cheese?" As if cheese came in the burgers. Come to realize she was trying to up charge me! I literally told her what I wanted and she said "no cheese then?" So there I am confused that maybe the customer did indeed want to keep the cheese in the burger since he did not indicate no cheese. So I ordered it with cheese cause I believed that's how the burgers came. Once I realized that cheese was an additional topping I asked to cancel it and told her why I was confused. She just ignored me. And by the way she HATES working here, you can absolutely tell.

  Great service. Ordered breakfast they forgot to give me one of the meals. Spoke with manager who was extremely nice. Her name was Barbara, she took great care of me and did an amazing job resolving this matter
