  I've been to this location half a dozen times. They've messed up our order at least 5 of those times. Twice I had to drive 10 minutes back to get it corrected, the others we've just dealt with what we had. Luckily, this isn't our only Whataburger option, but it's definitely the worst. I don't know if it's poor management or poor training and, frankly, I don't care. I've worked food service, I've had friends who worked food service... It's not that hard to get an order right–the first time!
  Since there are usually other options on our routes, if we want Whataburger, we go do a different one. I suggest doing the same!

  Excellent food, great choices of meat, lots of healthy eating choices, everything is fresh, and they have an App that offers a rewards program and the option to pay using the App. In addition, the people who work there are nice and considerate.
