  I love this place!. Even the service. I work for this company and even though it is under staffed, we try our best to serve you people the best we can and getting the food out a certain time and reading these reviews do kinda disappointments me but hey I will adjust more and make the experiences for everyone better. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience everyone and also if you do ask for well or extra crispy you will except to wait another 6-8 mins. Lately phones just been disconnecting people on the line by their selves, don't know how and we are truly sorry for that reason everyone. Thank you everyone for your time and the reviews. We will make better adjustments to this place.

  The customer service here is ridiculously horrible. I called in to have order ready at a certain time. I showed up 5 min after that scheduled time and my order wasnt even ready. Not only was the cashier unwelcoming but she didnt even have the decency to tell me my order would take a little longer. The workers are too busy mingling with each other to care that they have guests. Charles Lauflin, if you this. I suggest you do a better job on training your employees. Absolutely horrible service.
