  The manager was really nice after my brother had a bad experience eating here. He offered my brother a full refund and a free meal. That's great customer service right there.

  With the severe amount of cross contamination that goes on here, (or at least from what I've seen), I'm surprised the owner of this eatery is still allowed to continue serving the consumers of North Star Mall.
  Most of the employees were unfriendly, and worse, carelessly handled the meats. Beef was dropped onto chicken and the consumer of the chicken sub commented on the taste of beef, which they don't like, and opted to throw it away. My cooked beef was dropped on the counter. The employee hesitated on how to handle it, then proceeded to grab the chunk and place it into the bun.
  The customer service, safety/sanitation practices, and professionalism here was absolutely horrible.
