  Some of, if not the best, pizza in town.
  Most of their foods are either made in house, imported from Italy, or locally sourced.
  Zach was our server and he did a great job explaining everything. Very friendly too. We've been one time before a few years ago and the experience was just as good.
  
  To go along with the service and food, they have a nice wine and beer list (local drafts, no bottles to my knowledge), as well as good desserts and a nice coffee program.
  
  If you like non-fast food style pizza, Dough is a must try.

  First, the service was great. I felt bad for forgetting to leave a tip.
  
  Second, the food was very meh. I was expecting Gordan Ramsey levels of good but it was actually worse than Urban Bricks (Urban Bricks is 5 stars fantastic). They try to razzle dazzle you with their ovens that come straight from Italy. However it makes their pizzas have spotty charcoal bottoms. The sauce have no flavor, the cheese was bland. I just wouldn't recommend the pizza what so ever. The Antipasti that I had came with a big blob of mozzarella cheese. It was latent with olive oil and again, no flavor. I am a sucker for blobs of cheese to be honest so I kind of liked it. It came with little bread pieces that I can blob the cheese onto. The pizza was a 1 out of 5 and the antipasti that I had was a weak 2 out of 5.
  
  Honestly I wouldn't come back here on my own, if someone wanted to take me here and pay for everything; I'd just get the antipasti that I had before.

  The Japanese always know how to do anything better and in this case Dough Pizzeria Napoletana. We went to Little Tokyo the other day to have some Japanese Tapas or BBQ and saw that this place had just opened up. What a great decision. Their two specials, the Uni pasta and the Ragu were to die for. It came with fresh bread and a side salad. Service was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely highly recommend this place.

  Costa Brava provides a reliably excellent experience. The service is attentive but not overbearing. The atmosphere is intimate. The manager and master chef visit and ensure all is well. The food is interesting and delicious. What could be better? Because the venue is small and intimate, a loud group can dominate the scene. But this little neighborhood gem is always worth a visit.
