  Normally I love Jims, but every time I come to this one, the service is horrible, and last night was the worst. Our waiter walked by us four times without acknowledging us, I had to call him over. He was rude to us and to other tables. Our food took over 30 minutes to arrive, and when it did, it was wrong. He brought out my 6 year old stepson's food last. Then he told us he wasn't good at multitasking before throwing down our ticket. Never coming back to this location.

  I'd give it a 0 if I could. We sat down and got our drinks ordered by the manager then waited 40 minutes and nobody ever came back. We never got a server or anything. I'm very disappointed with this location..

  Jim's a chain is usually good, but at this store there is bed service unclean tables and bland food that is soggy. If you want Jim's go to a different location.
