  I went in to this location today and we were automatically greeted at the door and sat within seconds. My server Javier was fantastic and immediately got our drinks and food order. The food came out quickly, and he constantly checked on us and got us refills. He was very attentive and friendly. I hope to have him as a server my next visit! I truly looked forward to visiting this location again!

  At first my family and I were skeptical about eating here by reading these reviews but it wasn't anything but a wonderful experience. Great service! There was hardly a wait if anything. Our food was great with constant refills on our drinks. Thanks to the cook Bunny and Tonya the manager for the great experience. Definitely will be returning to this location.

  Consistently bad service. Consistently rude staff. Consistently orders come out wrong. Consistently waiting forever for food to come out. Restaurant is dirty on the inside Had supervisor waiting our table this morning and we waited forever for our food, so no improvement. Will not be returning to this location again. I recommend the IHOP at the Rim.
