  They always have a great daily lunch special. The wait staff is efficient. I can always get in and out quickly. Clean and comfy atmosphere. If you're driving by and it looks shady, trust me... it's okay on the inside. I've never NOT been happy with the food.

  A gem - good food, ambience and great drinks. We had a large party with adults and kids, celebrating my father's 75th birthday. We had our own Mariachi's and Lisa's serenade us through out dinner. The bartender did a great job on martini's, margaritas and tropical drinks. Value was excellent and service was good. I would say give it a try and judge yourself - there are a few bad reviews. This place may not have the outdoor dining of other spots, but if you want good food and an authentic SA Tex-Mex meal with plenty of spare change for drinks - Lisa's is it.

  Great service, great waiting time, delicious food!! Best spot in San Antonio for breakfast, lunch and dinner. My family and I are satisfied to the max! We come here every time we're in town. Thank you for everything!!

  Pozole good but service was lacking to say the least. Will not be returning, as many other options available in area.
  
  It was not the servers fault. Service was poor because the server has a large table that all paid separately and it took her about 30 mins to check them out, thus our needs were neglected. Management should have assisted her.
