  This place did not disappoint! We traveled in from out of town and found this place close to our hotel. The food was so delicious, the place was very clean and the staff was very polite. Our waitress, Ana S., was great and attentive. Wish we had a place like this near our home in Katy, Tx. If youre looking for a place with authentic mexican food with great prices and options I would recommend this place for breakfast, brunch or lunch!

  I will share my experience, try to be objective and let you decide. I really want to give it 2.5 stars because I'm in the Middle between liking and disliking Los Arcos.
  I'm not sure why the ratings are as high as they are unless Los Arcos caters to a certain clientele that hungers for their particular menu.
  I ordered one of my favorite dishes, Enchiladas Tomatillos which is simply called Green Enchiladas (Verde) in this locale or perhaps all of TX, I'm not sure. It's a staple at most Mexican restaurants.
  The plate came to me hot which was good and I like the fact that the food was not heavily salted like at Las Palapas. For some reason there was lettuce and tomatoes covering the enchiladas. Lettuce doesn't belong on enchiladas and the tomatoes should have been cooked in the Mexican rice along with some carrot and garlic as the only thing in the rice was tomato sauce. As I brushed aside the lettuce and imported the tomatoes atop the rice I noticed there was but a smidgen of sauce on the enchiladas. There was also very little sour cream so I had to request both. The menu lists both as part of the dish. The food had little flavor as nothing really had been seasoned. It was filling though and I did eat the whole plate as I was quite famished! The dish wasn't bad, it just wasn't great. I would eat it again in a pinch but not at that price, more like $6 to $7 instead of $9, or $2 less than whatever the price was. It was brought in a timely manner and the waitress (I refuse to say server) was courteous and attentive. The iced tea was also bland and I'm pretty sure I had to request lemon to spruce it up! That dynamic began to happen where I was beginning to be resented by the staff because I was making so many requests...you know where they think you should just eat whatever they plop down in front of you and you should have low expectations because they think that they're doing a stellar job because every other low expectation customer thinks that the nominal job that the restaurant does is just fantastic and that's the only feedback it gets! Well, I'm speaking up and sharing my opinion. You may feel different...take it for a test drive and see what you think!
