  This place is just a joke!! I visited it because of some "decent" reviews, but was a BIG mistake. Service is just horrible! Will take forever! to get the food and finally after the long wait it was a HUGE disappointment. Horrible food. Mole is the worst I've ever tried. The barbacoa so weird I can't even describe it, It was super oily but also the meat was rough liKe eating cardboard, I asked if the chilaquiles were microwaved as the plate was super hot in the center and they said YES!!! There you have the "fresh" food. And on top of that the chips tasted old. I didn't even wasted my time, just payed and left but WILL NEVER GO BACK!

  Great food, great price and great service.. Except for this time... I was taking an order to go and I asked the hostess where I can place an order .. She looked like a deer in headlights ... She walked me over to the bar and spoke in Spanish to another young lady. She responded to her then walked away. I thought I was a joke .. I went back up to the hostess and asked "was she supposed to help me"? .. She responded "I'm just the hostess" ... Okay so isn't that your main responsibility then?! The owner is a sweetheart and apologized and gave me some tamales .. She must have known the way to my heart.. Just because of her understanding I appreciated their responsiveness .. That hostess shouldn't even be in that position .. Bad experience with her but everyone else was very nice

  I have to be honest with you. I come into this place with really low hopes especially because every restaurant that has ever been on this block just flops. I am impressed. I came in at around 9 in the morning and received a very friendly service and fresh food. I ordered a delicious soup and a bean and cheese taco and I was not disappointed. The fact is that I am from Mexico and I can definitely tell you that this place has some legit Mexican food. Come and try their delicious and VMAs at the quality of service and food that you get here.
