  After going to this McDonalds today, I give this store a 1 star rating. If I could give it zero stars, I would. First window, the lady working was nice but I could not understand a word she said, she charged me for the wrong order. Next window, I told them they charged me the wrong order and said it was some how my fault and asked for my card again to pay the extra I owed, I agreed and the lady working that window came back with my card and had the rudest attitude ever and slammed the window on me. I did not get her name but I'm sure you will know who I am talking about when I say this, she was the biggest lady working there. I'm hoping she was just having a bad morning and took it out on me and my pregnant wife. But it is unacceptable. The workers should have just owned up to their mistake and fixed it with the right attitude. I am not trying to get anyone fired or in trouble but some of these employees need a class on customer service and quality.
