  I went in today and ordered a 9 piece spicy and asked them to drop it fresh and they said ok. Ten minutes later they brought out a box of chicken and said "Its fresh, nice and hot". This didn't seem right because I know it should take at least 15-20 minutes but I didn't check it. When I got home, I looked at it and what they had did was take existing chicken and put it back in the oil and refried it. The chicken was hard and dry. I called back to speak with the manager and someone said hold on and put the phone down and never came back. I waited on hold for 10 minutes and hung up. Tried calling back and the phone was still off the hook for well over an hour. This is ridiculous. If employees are that damn lazy they should stay at home and stop screwing with people. Never again. I filed a complaint with the corporate office.

  The never have chicken ready even though they open at 10am.....12pm everyday....no mild chicken.....and if u dont come in, they will give you spicy in the drive thru....can you say lawsuit waiting to happen?? People order what they do for a reason!

  I like it because it looks new and clean inside and out. The chicken I ordered was very small pieces in quantity. The same for individual sides....very small portions. I'll think twice before going back and more then likely I won't be back unless I have a great coupon or a great deal.
