  Worst experience! I was having a really bad day and I wanted something sweet. I ordered a sweet tea with lemon with light ice because almost all the time ots filled with ice and I only get a sip of tea and a cup with only ice. So my order comes, it's unsweetened, I told the car hop I asked for sweet tea and if he can change it. He had a long sigh and rolled his eyes and when back inside. Moments later he gives me the tea. It full of ice and when I taste it it's very watered down. And tasted like cold water with lemon. Not what I asked for. Never coming back!

  I went on my break from five guys and got two of my drinks right but not my tots so I talked to Javier and told him I had a small tot not a small fanta orange drink. So he said let me fix that and told me how much my small tot would be. So I told him why should I pay for my tots when he made a mistake and continued to argue with me of saying well we all make mistakes. OK I can agree with that but I'm not paying for something that you made a mistake on and argue with me about what I ordered. I've never had a problem with sonic at any location.

  I was strongly disappointed with my experience at Sonic. For starters, it took them 7 minutes to take my order. Keep in mind, there was a total of 2 other cars in the parking lot at this time (7:43 pm). After the order was taken, it took them another 23 minutes to shuffle out our order, which consisted of two shakes. From here, the guy took my card and disappeared for another 5 minutes, coming back with not a word or a receipt. So not only did I have no idea what he charged to my card, but it took over 1/2 hour to finally finish up at sonic for two drinks. I can easily say I will not be coming back.
