  Worst sonic!! Tried it three times in three weeks... First time, didn't get our tator tots with order. Second time, took 15 minutes to get two drinks and one order came out wrong. Server seemed dumbfounded that we wanted the order corrected. Third time, tried to order the fudge brownie molten cake sundae and on the order screen was charged 25 cents more than listed, when questioned why the price difference, was given an answer that the brownie was extra even though it was in the name of the item. Then was told they don't make it anymore. Never again!! Three strikes your out!! Top to bottom this place needs help and direction to serve its customers better.

  This is the second time we have come to this sonic and gotten slow, poor service. We've been here TWENTY FIVE MINUTES waiting on 2 shakes and 6 wings. I tried to go in and couldn't get in to ask for my money back. We pushed the button over and over and no one answered so we could get our money back. I tried calling the store and no one answered. It rang and rang. At the 30 minute mark, my husband went and knocked on the glass. When a girl started to walk out with food, he asked for his money back. They said sorry and gave it back.
  
  There were 6 cars on one side and 2 cars on the other. They weren't busy. The second car on our side drive off after waiting about 15 minutes for someone to take their order. This exact same thing happened the last time we went. Our service took forever and others drove off after not getting to place an order. We will never go back.
